What are the ingredients in your products?

Our products are made with fresh hot peppers and NO MSG.  We use simple ingredients for our hot pepper paste: Hot Peppers, Salt, Garlic, Citric Acid, and Sodium Benzoate.  All of our hot peppers are picked by hand from local farmers, then processed and packaged all on the island of Rota in the Northern Mariana Islands.

How spicy are your hot pepper products?

Each person’s tolerance level of spice is different.  You can say that our hot pepper paste would be classified as “medium-hot” on the level of spiciness. 

What delivery method do you use to ship your items?

We ship our products through USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail.  Our company is located in the Northern Mariana Islands and we have determined USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail to be the best method for shipping to our customers.  All orders which include tracking and up to $50 insurance.

UPS and FedEx are not available in the Northern Mariana Islands.

Our shipping rates are for US Domestic only. For International orders, additional shipping charges will apply.

When can I expect to receive my order?

We usually do shipping within one week's time of the date of the order placed and send via United States Postal Service (USPS). Orders made on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following week. We operate on Guam (Chamorro) Standard Time. Delivery time depends on product availability and shipping address. We cannot guarantee shipping times as published by the USPS.  With that being said, we estimate between 2-3 weeks for delivery.  Pacific Red Hot ships to destinations within the 50 contiguous United States, U.S. Territories, P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses. We also ship International to countries such as Japan and China. For International orders, additional shipping charges will apply. 

What forms of payment do you accept?

Our online store accepts PayPal payments with PayPal Express CheckoutExpress Checkout uses your PayPal balance, bank account, or credit card to pay.

We can also accept money orders.  For orders using money order as form of payment, please contact our office directly to place your order.  We do not accept money orders through our website.

Do you ship to an FPO/APO address?

Yes we do!  The following guidelines may help to facilitate a successful and timely handling of your package:

    • For the "CITY" field enter: "APO" or "FPO"
    • For the "STATE/PROVINCE/REGION" field enter:
    • “AE” if the addressee is resident in Europe, Canada, Africa, or the Middle East.
    • "AA” if the addressee is stationed in the United States.
    • "AP" if the addressee is stationed in Asia or the Pacific.
    • For the "COUNTRY" field enter: "United States"

Do you ship internationally?

Our shipping rates are for US Domestic only.  For International orders, additional shipping charges will apply.  Please contact us directly by phone or email to place your international order.
