Refund Policy

Part of our commitment to our customers entails seeing to it that you are happy with the product(s) you purchased from our site. If, for any reason, you would like to exchange an item or return it for a refund, please review the following policy:

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping cost is non-refundable.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged Goods

We take extra care to pack our products for mail shipping. However, if damage occurs during shipment, we encourage customers to file claim with the United States Postal Service (USPS). Bring back the damaged merchandise to USPS or take a photo of the damaged product for proof of claim.

We will only issue a refund for the purchase price of the damaged item with a receipt or proof of purchase and a photo of the damaged product. Shipping cost is non-refundable.

Refunds

(Returns) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days

(Damaged Goods) We require a copy of receipt or proof of purchase and a photo of the damaged product for refund on damaged good. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

For purchases made with your credit or debit card, the refund can take up to 30 days to show up on your account. If you bought the item using your bank account or PayPal balance, the balance will be credited to your PayPal account.  Funds can take three to five days to arrive in your account.


How your money is refunded depends on how you made the original payment.

If you paid with a credit card, the money is refunded to your card. If the card you paid with is closed or invalid, please contact the issuing bank, as the money will still be refunded to your credit card account.

If you paid with your bank or PayPal account balance, the money is refunded to your PayPal account balance. After you have received the refund, you can withdraw money from your PayPal balance to your bank account or use the money for future purchases through PayPal.

If you paid using a credit card and your PayPal account balance, the amount paid by the credit card is refunded to your card. The remaining amount is refunded to your PayPal account balance.

If you paid using PayPal Credit, the amount is refunded to your PayPal Credit account.

If you paid with a debit card, the amount is refunded to your debit card. If the refund cannot be processed to your debit card, it will be applied to your PayPal balance.

Refunds to credit or debit cards can take up to 30 days depending on the card company involved.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange a product for a different size, please send us an email at info@pacificredhot.com.

To exchange your product, you should mail your product to: TJ Enterprises, P.O. Box 1007, Rota, MP 96951.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will also be responsible for the shipping costs back to you. You will be invoiced separately for the additional shipping costs.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
